All minors boarding Presidential Limousine party buses must have a fully filled parent consent form, accessible via the following link: https://presidentiallimousines.ca/minor-consent-form/
Parents or legal guardians are required to complete the form for each minor and provide it to the driver at the pickup address. Failure to provide the completed form will result in denial of boarding.
